# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 250 grams all-purpose flour, plus additional for dusting
02 - 13 grams granulated sugar
03 - 5 grams salt
04 - 1 packet (about 7 grams) instant yeast
05 - 180 millilitres warm water
06 - 30 millilitres olive oil

→ Filling

07 - 240 millilitres BBQ sauce, plus additional for serving
08 - 280 grams cooked and shredded chicken
09 - 170 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 75 grams diced red onion (optional)

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast in a large mixing bowl. Add warm water and olive oil, stirring until a cohesive dough is formed. Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, approximately 5 minutes. Rest, covered, for 10 minutes.
02 - Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a rectangle measuring approximately 35 by 23 centimetres.
03 - Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Distribute shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and diced red onion evenly on top.
04 - Starting from the longer side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice the log into 12 equal portions.
05 - Arrange the rolls cut side up in a greased baking dish. Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
06 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. Bake rolls for 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
07 - Serve warm accompanied by extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
