# What You'll Need:

01 - 12 slider buns

02 - 450 grams ground beef
03 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

→ Sauce

08 - 60 millilitres mayonnaise
09 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
10 - 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

→ Toppings

11 - 60 grams shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 1/4 cup diced dill pickles

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice slider buns horizontally and place the bottom halves on the prepared baking sheet.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to evenly incorporate the seasonings.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Shape the beef mixture into 12 equal patties, approximately 5 centimetres in diameter. Sear each patty for 3 to 4 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard until smooth.
05 - Evenly spread the prepared sauce onto the cut sides of each bun.
06 - Layer each bottom bun with shredded cheddar cheese, a cooked beef patty, and diced dill pickles. Add additional toppings if desired. Place the top halves of the buns on each assembled slider.
07 - Arrange the completed sliders on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted. Serve immediately.
