01 - 1 can (396 g) sweetened condensed milk
02 - 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
03 - 240 ml whole milk
04 - 4 large eggs
05 - 2 tablespoons (28 g) butter, melted
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

07 - 130 g all-purpose flour
08 - 200 g sugar
09 - 1 tablespoon (12 g) baking powder

10 - Shredded coconut, for garnish

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and lightly grease a bundt pan.
02 - Combine sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, whole milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, flour, sugar, and baking powder in a blender or large bowl. Blend or whisk until the mixture is completely smooth.
03 - Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Set the pan into a larger roasting dish and pour hot water around it to create a water bath.
04 - Bake in the centre of the oven for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
05 - Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours for optimal texture.
06 - Invert onto a serving plate, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve chilled.
