Preheat oven to 175°C and lightly grease a bundt pan.

Combine sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, whole milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, flour, sugar, and baking powder in a blender or large bowl. Blend or whisk until the mixture is completely smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Set the pan into a larger roasting dish and pour hot water around it to create a water bath.

Bake in the centre of the oven for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.

Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours for optimal texture.

Invert onto a serving plate, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve chilled.
