Buttery Pecan Snowballs (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup softened butter.
02 - ½ cup confectioners' sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla.
04 - 2 cups regular flour.
05 - 4 ounces pecans, chopped super fine.
06 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
07 - ¾ cup confectioners' sugar.
08 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F. Combine the cinnamon sugar mix and put it aside.
02 - Whip butter, confectioners' sugar and vanilla till light and airy. Add flour, pecans and salt, mixing just until everything comes together.
03 - Roll dough into 1½ tablespoon balls and set them about an inch apart on your cookie sheet.
04 - Pop in oven for 9-12 minutes. Let them cool on the tray for 5 minutes.
05 - While still warm, toss cookies in the cinnamon-sugar blend until they're fully covered.
