Heat your oven to 375°F. Combine the cinnamon sugar mix and put it aside.

Whip butter, confectioners' sugar and vanilla till light and airy. Add flour, pecans and salt, mixing just until everything comes together.

Roll dough into 1½ tablespoon balls and set them about an inch apart on your cookie sheet.

Pop in oven for 9-12 minutes. Let them cool on the tray for 5 minutes.

While still warm, toss cookies in the cinnamon-sugar blend until they're fully covered.
