# What You'll Need:

01 - 1.5 cups plain flour.
02 - 1 cup dark sugar (for base).
03 - 0.5 cup butter, room temperature (for base).
04 - 0.67 cup butter (for caramel mixture).
05 - 0.5 cup dark sugar (for caramel mixture).
06 - 1 cup whole pecans.
07 - 1 cup melty milk chocolate pieces.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Combine flour, dark sugar, and soft butter until crumbly. Push mixture into a 13x9 inch pan without greasing.
03 - Heat butter with dark sugar until it starts bubbling, then keep stirring for half a minute to a minute to get it thicker.
04 - Put pecans on the base, then pour the hot butter mixture all over them.
05 - Stick in oven for 18-20 minutes until you see bubbles and golden edges.
06 - Throw chocolate pieces on top while hot, wait a couple minutes for melting, then swirl around.
07 - Let everything cool for at least 30 minutes, then slice into 48 squares, wiping your knife between cuts.
