04 - 1/4 pound spicy Italian sausage.
05 - 1/3 pound ground beef, divided into two parts.
06 - Oregano.
07 - A pinch of red pepper flakes.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - 14 oz can of crushed tomatoes.
10 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped fine.
11 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon of Italian herb mix.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Spread softened butter on both cut sides, sprinkle garlic powder and herbs, then bake under a broiler until nicely toasted.
02 - Sauté finely chopped garlic in olive oil, stir in the crushed tomatoes, mix in seasonings, cook gently for 10 minutes, and toss in the lasagna noodle pieces.
03 - Shape ground beef and sausage into small balls, heat a cast iron skillet on high, smash them into flat patties, cook for about a minute on each side, then place cheese over the beef ones while hot.
04 - Put it together like this: bottom bun, beef, noodle and ricotta, sausage, noodle and ricotta, another beef, noodle and ricotta, and finally the top bun.
05 - Wait a few moments before cutting or serving so it holds its shape better.
