→ For Serving

18 - Corn tortillas, warmed
19 - Shredded cabbage
20 - Chopped fresh cilantro
21 - Crumbled cotija cheese
22 - Lime wedges

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Combine lime juice, sour cream or Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic salt, chopped chipotle pepper, and chopped cilantro in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Chill in the refrigerator until use.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the blackening seasoning.
03 - Dip each fish fillet into the melted butter, ensuring both sides are coated. Dredge fillets evenly in the prepared spice blend on all sides.
04 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a thin layer of cooking oil. Once hot, arrange the seasoned fish fillets in the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until the exterior is crisp and the fish flakes easily with a fork. Transfer cooked fillets to a plate and let rest briefly.
05 - Warm the corn tortillas. Arrange shredded cabbage on each tortilla, top with blackened fish, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and crumbled cotija cheese, and drizzle generously with chipotle-lime sauce. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.

# Supplementary Details:

01 - For best results, pat fish fillets dry before seasoning to ensure a crispy, flavorful crust.
