Beef and Creamy Shells (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound ground beef, lean.
02 - ½ onion, diced medium.
03 - 8 oz of pasta shells.
04 - 1 teaspoon of chili seasoning.
05 - ¼ cup rich cream.
06 - 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
07 - Salt & pepper as needed.
08 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
09 - ⅓ cup broth (beef).
10 - 14 ounces canned tomato sauce.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Cook the shells in boiling water till slightly firm. Drain once done and set aside.
02 - Heat oil, cook onions for about 5 minutes. Toss in the beef and brown it, crumbling as you go. Get rid of any extra grease. Stir in the garlic with chili spice.
03 - Add tomato sauce and broth, letting it simmer for a few minutes. Stir in cream, then season however you like.
04 - Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce. Serve while it’s warm.
