11 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise.

13 - 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced.
14 - 1 teaspoon lime juice.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Turn the oven on to 400°F to heat up.
02 - Cover your baking tray with parchment paper.
03 - Cut your zucchini into sticks shaped like fries.
04 - Stir together the panko, Parmesan, olive oil, and spices. Whisk the egg with milk in a separate bowl. In another dish, mix the flour and garlic powder.
05 - Dust sticks with the flour mix, dip in egg wash, and roll in bread crumbs. Press crumbs so they stick well.
06 - Lay them on the prepared pan. Bake 14-18 minutes until they’re golden and crispy.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Taste best immediately. Can keep in the fridge up to 3 days. Don't overcrowd the pan so they don't get soggy. Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes as an alternative.
