Baked Ziti with Sausage (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound sweet Italian sausage.
02 - 3 cups marinara sauce.
03 - 1 cup grated Romano cheese, split into two portions.
04 - 1 pound ziti pasta noodles.
05 - 8 ounces diced mozzarella cheese.
06 - 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch pan. Cook ziti until it's still slightly firm.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned. Use a slotted spoon to remove it.
03 - In a big mixing bowl, combine the sausage, cooked ziti, tomato sauce, half a cup of Romano, and the diced mozzarella.
04 - Spread the mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with the rest of the Romano and shredded mozzarella.
05 - Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Remove foil, turn oven to 375°F, and bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
