Baked Feta Eggs Tomatoes (Printable Format)

01 - 100 g crumbled feta cheese
02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 120 ml cherry tomatoes, halved
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano or fresh oregano, chopped
06 - 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
10 - Toasted bread or pita, for serving

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set oven to 190°C and allow to fully preheat before proceeding.
02 - Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the base of an ovenproof skillet or small baking dish.
03 - Distribute crumbled feta cheese and halved cherry tomatoes evenly in the prepared dish. Season with oregano, crushed red pepper flakes if using, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Create small wells in the feta-tomato mixture and carefully crack one egg into each well. Drizzle remaining olive oil over the top.
05 - Transfer dish to preheated oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until egg whites are firm and yolks reach desired doneness.
06 - Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot with toasted bread or pita.
