# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly spray wonton wrappers with cooking oil or brush with olive or canola oil. Arrange wrappers by draping them over the sides of a 23×33-centimetre baking dish. Bake for 7–8 minutes, monitoring closely to prevent burning. Remove shells, gently separate while still pliable, then return to oven for an additional 7–8 minutes until crisp.
02 - Combine finely diced chicken with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and fresh ginger in a large mixing bowl. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Sauté the chicken mixture for 7–8 minutes, stirring frequently until fully cooked.
03 - In a large bowl, toss coleslaw mix with sliced green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey until the vegetables are evenly coated.
04 - Fill each crispy wonton shell with a portion of the cooked chicken. Top with prepared coleslaw. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garnish with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
