# What You'll Need:

01 - 8 oz of fettuccine.
02 - 1 medium diced onion.
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced.
05 - 1 cup of sliced mushrooms.
06 - 1 pound of ground beef.
07 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan.
08 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
09 - 1/3 cup white wine.
10 - A sprinkle of Italian herbs.
11 - 1 cup of heavy cream.
12 - Pinch of salt and pepper.
13 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Start by cooking in salted, boiling water. Drain after saving a little pasta water. Make sure the pasta is cooked perfectly tender.
02 - Brown your beef with garlic and onion in olive oil. Toss in the mushrooms next. Add the broth, seasoning, and wine to deglaze. Finally, lower the heat and gently stir in the cream.
03 - Toss the sauce with the pasta. Mix in Parmesan cheese, and if it's too thick, pour in pasta water a bit at a time. Season well and finish it off with parsley on top.
